Our mission is to promote youth baseball in the East Pasco community by improving fields, providing safe and modern training facilities, and ensuring every child has the opportunity to play and grow through the game.
We envision a thriving East Pasco community where every young athlete has access to quality baseball facilities, mentorship, and the opportunity to develop lifelong skills on and off the field.
Baseball has always been more than just a game for the people of Zephyrhills — it’s a tradition, a source of pride, and a way for young athletes to learn teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.
But in recent years, our community’s baseball facilities have fallen behind. Outdated batting cages, worn-down infields, and limited resources have made it harder for our kids to train and play at their best.
That’s why a group of local parents came together to form the Zephyrhills Baseball Club — a nonprofit dedicated to restoring and improving baseball facilities across East Pasco so every child can enjoy the game in a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment.
Field Improvements
We’re committed to upgrading our playing surfaces with fresh clay, new bases, improved dugouts, and better drainage to create safer, more enjoyable fields for players of all ages.
Training Facilities
From installing turf in batting cages to adding turtle batting nets and protective coverings, we’re investing in spaces where athletes can practice year-round. We also looking to partner with local training facilities and coaches to host free clinics and skill-building sessions — ensuring every child, regardless of financial circumstances, has access to quality coaching and development opportunities.
Community Engagement
We are looking to host volunteer field days, fundraising events, and baseball-related community activities to bring people together and keep the game strong in Zephyrhills.
Since we’re just getting started, our goals for the next 12 months are clear and ambitious:
Renovate Zephyrhills High School Baseball Field by Spring 2026.
Install new windscreens on the outfield fences.
Add turf and structural coverings to batting cages.
Work with local training facilities to provide at least three free skills clinics for youth each year.
We are a 100% volunteer-run organization led by passionate community members:
Chad Reed, President
Rich Jones, Vice President
Kaleb Nichols, Treasurer
Robert Page, Board Member
